This first journal entry is dedicated to the Left toe (because deep down we all prefer it over the Right one), bless its Toe-like little heart, for it died last Thursday on its way to the kitchen. It is also dedicated to all the cliche moments in movie/books/blah history, which we all secretly love. Kindly take a deep breath before reading this spelling-grammar-mistakes infested rubbish. Thank you.
Toe's Last Adventure:
It was with a heavy heart that Left toe and Right toe left the bedroom to the kitchen. They were both enjoying a nice lay over the forbidden coffee table when Mama Right Foot stepped into the doorway and screeched in her smelly, revolting voice for them to get their stubby fat bottoms off her precious furniture and into the kitchen to wash the dishes.
The moment she stepped away from the room, Left Toe knew that something was just not right. It was the same feeling he got everytime before getting a shower. The feeling that told him in a soft sweet voice in the back of its nail, that this might be the day it were to have a Cut and that he might not survive.
Left toe shared a look with Right Toe, and knew that his other half felt the same way too from the way Right-y curled upon it self. But they must do it. for the greater good they must suffer whatever fate threw their way, whether it be the Evil nail-filer, or the coconut foot cream.
And they walked, like a soldier walking into a battle, and like that soldier met their demise just around that damned corner!
Left toe wasn't looking, his thoughts were clouded by all the wicked images his mind could conjure, and with a heavy, crunching thud he went toe first (as they say) into the corner wall.
A blinding white flash went in the insideof his nail folloed by agonizing Toe-soul ripping pain, that left him screaming his toe off.
Left toe opened his eyes blearily to see his best and only friend Right toe looming over him, his nail deflated and worn looking. Right toe had tears in his eyes, but tried to smile comfortingly down at his fataly wounded mate. His fat lumpy front was smoothing Left Toes nail softly.
"A-am i going to- to make it?" Left Toe asked trying to jide the tremor in his voice but failing because he knew the answer. he knew it. He had known it before stepping outside his room and towards that infernal kitchen.
"Pinky Toe has tried his best mate. He tried his best, but Index toe said that- that the d-damage was just too much," and this time Right toe let his toe tears fall onto Left toes nail. "There was n-nothing they c-could do," said Right toe, his lips trembling awfully in the effort to stop the tears. And Left Toe felt horrible, just horrible for his friend who was to spend his life without his constant companion.
"It'll be alright. It'll be alright Righty. u remember what Papa Toe always said. When Toe's hit walls, they go to Toe heaven. I'll see you again," Left toe said trying not to cry, but tears were already streaming down his toe face.
"I will see you again," Left toe promised in his strongest voice. "I-I promise." he Stuttered finally, as the white light became too much, and he succumbed into it, hoping to see all those whom had suffered the Great Death on the other side, and the last voice he heard were Right toes anguished screams. he will see him again. He will!
Fin~~
He shall be missed. he was the best of us all.
